Anthony Joshua goes down to number four in world new heavyweight ranking:
Nigerian born British fighter, Anthony Joshua, has gone down to number four in the new world heavyweight ranking. Ring Magazine reports
The previous unbeaten champion, dropped down the heavyweight rankings following first first defeat as a professional to Andy Ruiz Jr.
Ruiz Jr was crowned unified heavyweight champion, after a 7th-round stoppage Madison Square Garden, making him the first ever Mexican-American to achieve the feat.
This takes Joshua one place behind him.
Tyson Fury now seats top of the rank of best heavyweight in the world, leaving American Deontay Wilder in number two position.
Dillian Whyte, who is Joshua’s mate finishes at top five.
Lastly, a fight next month will add more pressure to the leading four in the heavyweight league
